Katherine Wolfe-Lyga

Katherine Wolfe-Lyga has an extensive work experience that spans over 16 years. From 2004 to 2010, they held various roles at Liberty Resources, Inc., including Therapist, Asst. Director Continuous Quality Improvement, and Case Manager. In 2010, they began working at Onondaga Community College as an Adjunct Instructor, Interim Coordinator, Judicial Affairs, and Administrative Officer/ AOD Facilitator. From 2013 to 2015, they served as Clinical Supervisor at ARISE CNY. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Hope For Bereaved. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Director of the Counseling Services Center and Adjunct Instructor at State University of New York at Oswego. Katherine currently serves as Vice President, Clinical Operations at BetterMynd, a position they have held since 2022. In 2017, they also became the Owner of Thrive Counseling LMHC.

Katherine Wolfe-Lyga obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Justice from the State University of New York College at Oswego between 1999 and 2002. Katherine then went on to earn their Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Syracuse University between 2004 and 2008. In November 2011, they obtained their Licensed Mental Health Counselor certification from the New York State Education Department.
