Fareed Stevenson

Fareed Stevenson has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1988 as a Cognitive Scientist at Netrologic. In 1994, they moved to IVID Communications as a Senior Software Engineer, where they also served as an ISO 9001 auditor. In 1997, they became a Senior Project Manager at Real Marketing Services, and in 2001, they were a Research Software Engineer at cVideo, where they implemented improvements to a proprietary video compression algorithm. In 2006, they became a Senior Producer/Director at UC San Diego Extension, and in 2012, they became CTO/Co-Founder at Phomento. Finally, in 2018, they became a Full-Stack Senior Developer at BetterNight.

Fareed Stevenson attended Gompers Secondary from 1978 to 1982. Fareed then attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1984, studying Computer Science. Finally, they attended UC San Diego from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a B.A. in Cognitive Science.
