Arletty Concepcion has a diverse range of work experience in graphic and web design. Arletty started their career in 2009 as a Designer and Computer Science Technician at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, where they focused on communication media design and website development. In 2015, they worked as a Computer Science Technician at Banco Popular de Ahorro, where they were responsible for IT maintenance and customer service. From 2017 to 2019, Arletty worked as a Jr. Graphic Designer at Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC, where they were involved in retouching processes and brand style guide development. Arletty then joined BetterNOI in 2019 as a Junior Web & Graphic Designer, and later became the Lead Designer in September 2020. Additionally, Arletty has been working as a freelance Graphic and Web Designer since 2016, focusing on designing various assets for print, digital, and social media platforms.

Arletty Concepcion's education history begins with their high school education at IPI "Osvaldo Herrera" from 2005 to 2008. Arletty then pursued a degree in Computer Science at CUJAE from 2009 to 2015. Following this, they attended M-DCPS The English Center from 2016 to 2018 to study Arts, A/V Technology, and Communication with a focus on Digital Media/Multimedia Design.

In addition to their formal education, Arletty has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed the "Theory and Foundations of Design" course at M-DCPS The English Center. In 2017, they obtained certifications in "Multimedia Digital/Print Designer" and "Multimedia Web Interactive Designer" from the same institution. Arletty also acquired an "HTML Fundamentals" certification from SoloLearn in April 2017.

More recently, Arletty has pursued online certifications. In September 2019, they completed the "Marketing in a Digital World" course at Coursera, followed by "Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Theory" in November 2019. In July 2020, they obtained certifications in "Introduction to HTML5" and "Fundamentals of Graphic Design" through Coursera.
