Gaurav Sinha

Gaurav Sinha has extensive experience in business excellence and support roles. Gaurav is currently working at BetterPlace as an Associate Director in the Business Excellence and Support department. Previously, they held the position of Senior Manager in the same department at BetterPlace. Before joining BetterPlace, Gaurav was a Manager in the Business Excellence and Support department at OLX Group, which was later acquired by BetterPlace. Prior to that, they were a Process Excellence Manager at OLX Group. Gaurav also has experience working at Zefo, where they held various roles including Assistant Manager Sales Operations, Process Excellence Associate, and Business Trainee. Additionally, they worked briefly at DudeGenie as a Vendor Management professional.

Gaurav Sinha graduated from Christ University, Bangalore in 2015 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Prior to that, they attended City Montessori School from 1995 to 2010 for their high school education. Gaurav also obtained additional certifications in "Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation" from Berkeley Haas and in "Machine Learning" from Coursera.
