Monish Balaji has over a decade of experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as an SDE 3 - Full Stack Engineer at BetterPlace since October 2021. Prior to this role, Monish worked at Oust Labs from August 2019 to December 2021 as a Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Monish's journey in the tech industry began at Vembu Technologies, where Monish held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer from March 2011 to July 2019. Monish holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
