Sara Nigro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara began their career as a Public Relations Intern at rbb Public Relations in 2014. Sara then worked as an Alumni Communications Intern and Employer Relations Intern at East Carolina University in 2014-2015. Sara then joined Crispin Porter + Bogusky as an Agency Communications Intern and later as a Freelance Community Manager, where they assisted with various client work. In 2016, they became a New Business Coordinator and later a Marketing Manager at Boulder Heavy Industries. Sara then transitioned to Fact & Fiction as an Account Manager from 2017-2019. Sara continued their account management career at Amélie Company, first as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager from 2019-2021. In 2021, Sara joined Directive as the Head of Strategic Partnerships and successfully secured new business revenue. Sara also served on Chili Piper's Partner Advisory Board. In 2022, they became a Partner Advisory Board Member at Chili Piper, advising them on their go-to-market strategy and product roadmap. Most recently, Sara joined BetterRX in 2023 as the Director of Channel Partnerships.
Sara Nigro attended Palmer Trinity School from 2004 to 2011, although no degree or field of study is specified for this time period. Sara then went on to study at East Carolina University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication - Public Relations and Hospitality Management. In addition to their degree, Sara also obtained the Guest Service Gold Professional certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Association in March 2013.
