Ryah D. is a dedicated wellness professional with extensive experience in yoga therapy and Reiki healing. Currently serving as a Yoga Therapist at Legacy Treatment Services since September 2024 and as an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and CE/CEU Provider at HealthQuest Fitness Club, Ryah D. offers weekly yoga classes and engaging workshops. Additional roles include Yoga and Meditation Therapist at High Focus Treatment Centers, Reiki Professor 1-Master at The Center for Continuing Studies at Mercer County Community College, and Reiki Master Teacher at Hunterdon Health. As the owner of Nectar and Nurture Yoga and Wellness, Ryah D. has been fostering a holistic approach to wellness since 2008. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rider University, Ryah D. combines knowledge of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine with an emphasis on cycles, seasons, and elemental understanding in wellness practices.
