Allison Yost

Allison is VP of BetterUp Labs, a ground-breaking interdisciplinary research lab that leverages the latest methods and technologies across organizational psychology, behavioral neuroscience, clinical psychology, social psychology, AI, and experience design to better understand and accelerate human flourishing.

Allison began her career developing selection assessments for the federal government at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and later worked in Marriott International's talent analytics group. Before joining BetterUp, Allison led research teams at CEB (now Gartner) focused on leadership performance, employee engagement, and Natural Language Processing.

Allison received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Washington University, her MA in Quantitative Psychology from James Madison University, and her BS in Psychology with Summa Cum Laude distinction from James Madison University.
