Amal Saymeh

Amal Saymeh, MBA, CPCC, PCC, BCC, is an experienced leadership and business coach, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Authentic Hikma since July 2016, with a mission to enhance client self-awareness and reflective practices. Additional roles include Leadership Coach at theMakings, where coaching is provided to early-career professionals, and Faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute, focusing on training future coaches and organizational leaders. Amal also serves as a Business and Leadership Coach at BetterUp, offering global corporate leaders tailored coaching, and has contributed as an Executive Coach at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Previous experience includes strategic consulting for NOORBIZ, project management at RTI International, and marketing leadership at Aura Life Inc. Amal holds an MBA focused on Strategy and Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
