Amy Fauth, ACC, ELI-MP, SHRM-CP, serves as the Board Treasurer for the Omaha Organization Development Network since January 2025 and is a Leadership Development Coach at OneStep Coaching & Consulting, LLC since June 2019. As a certified professional coach, Fauth holds certifications as an Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner, Emergenetics Certified Associate, and Prosci Change Practitioner. Additionally, Fauth works as a Care Coach at BetterUp and as a Talent Development Manager at Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union, roles held since March 2023 and April 2019, respectively. Previous positions include Organization Development Specialist and HR Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, HR Generalist at McCallie Associates, Inc., and various roles at CHI Health.
