Angie Pate

Angie Pate, PCC, currently serves as a Sr. Product Transformation Coach at Thrivent and an Executive and Professional Development Coach at BetterUp, focusing on career development and executive coaching for corporate leaders. Angie has extensive experience in agile coaching and transformation, having held various roles at organizations such as BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution, National Life Group, and Cox Automotive Inc., where Angie facilitated the development of high-performing teams and implemented agile practices. Prior work includes roles in product management, user experience, and business analysis at LexisNexis Corporate Counsel Solutions. Angie holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
