Annabel Cowley

Annabel Cowley is an accomplished executive and board coach with extensive experience in human resources and coaching roles. Currently serving as an Executive & Board Coach at Hanover since January 2022, Cowley has been actively involved in executive coaching through AC Executive Coaching and AlphaSights since 2016 and 2021, respectively. Cowley also serves as a Career Coach at City CV and a Fellow Coach at BetterUp. Prior to coaching, significant HR expertise was gained as an HR Manager at World First and JP Morgan Cazenove, as well as an HR Adviser at Deutsche Bank. Cowley holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster. Additionally, a CIPD Diploma in Personnel Management was obtained from the University of West London.
