Ben Baca

Ben Baca is an experienced professional in sales and account management, currently serving as a Global Account Manager at BetterUp since August 2020, following roles as Account Manager and Account Development Manager. Prior to BetterUp, Baca worked as a Regional Sales Executive at GetFive, where responsibilities included developing and executing the West Coast sales strategy. At Gartner, Baca held multiple positions, including Global Account Manager, successfully leading a yearlong project culminating in a significant executive leadership conference and managing complex B2B sales contracts. As an Account Manager, Baca built exclusive HR communities and conducted in-depth interviews to address industry challenges. Early career experience includes managing a team of 10 student-employees at Western Oregon University as an Office Manager. Baca holds a B.S. in Business with a focus on Finance and Management from Western Oregon University and is currently pursuing further education through Coach Training EDU.
