Carol Michaelides

Carol Michaelides is an accomplished leadership coach currently working at BetterUp since December 2022. With extensive experience, Carol co-founded Pendaran Inc. in November 2006 and serves as Vice President. Previous roles include Advisor to the Dean at the University of Detroit Mercy College of Business Administration from 2006 to 2008, VP of Human Resources at Comshare from 1996 to 1998, and HR/Labor Relations/Leadership Development positions at Ford Motor Company from July 1985 to January 1995. Additionally, Carol worked as a consultant at Meritus Consulting in 1994-1995. Academic credentials include an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in History from Hope College, along with certification as a Professional Coach from the International Coach Academy.
