Denise Grills

Denise Grills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, management, and technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Denise Grills Consulting and Coaching since January 2020, Denise offers communications coaching as well as career and goal planning, holding certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaches Federation. Additionally, Denise is a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Montana Foundation and a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, providing personalized coaching. From July 2015 to July 2021, Denise was a Board Member of the Alumni Association at the University of Montana, where key initiatives included the introduction of a new award program. Prior to coaching, Denise had a distinguished career at Oracle, ascending to the role of Vice President in both User Assistance Development and Oracle Applications, with a focus on fostering effective customer experiences. Denise began a career in sales at IBM in the 1980s and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
