Jenn Johnson-Davis

Jenn Johnson-Davis, MS, PCC, serves as the VP of People, Culture, and D.E.I.B. at ezCater, where efforts focus on delivering corporate food solutions and enhancing company culture. With extensive experience in human resources and coaching roles, previous positions include Director of People & Culture at ezCater, Regional Human Resource Manager at Starbucks, and Sr. Human Resources Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where leadership impacted organizational transformations. Jenn also acts as a Premier Fellow and Specialty Coach at BetterUp, specializing in executive and culturally-affirming coaching, in addition to consulting as an Executive Coach for AceUp. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, combined with certification in Transformational Coaching from Erickson Coaching International.
