Jennifer West, PCC, is the founder of Humans Being At Work since September 2015. As a Premier Fellow at BetterUp since April 2018, Jennifer provides coaching on an international online platform. Jennifer also serves as an Accredited Associate at Heartstyles, focusing on cultural and leadership transformation within organizations. Prior experience includes ownership of Bare Therapies from October 2009 to October 2014 and a twenty-year tenure at Queensland Government as a Manager, where Jennifer gained extensive knowledge in change, engagement, and communication roles. Jennifer holds a Graduate Diploma in Communication from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma of Adult Education from Griffith University.
