Hsuanhua Chang

HsuanHua Chang 張絢華, MBA, MSCS, PCC, is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience spanning various roles in technology and coaching. As the president and owner of Coach Seattle Inc. since 2004, HsuanHua focuses on leveraging technology to develop leaders for positive societal impact. Additional coaching roles include serving as an Executive Coach at UCLA Anderson School of Management, providing one-on-one coaching for MBA students, and as a Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, specializing in executive development. Previous experience includes significant positions at AT&T Mobility, where HsuanHua held roles from Senior Product Marketing Manager to Senior Engineer, and Motorola Solutions as a Software Engineer. Education credentials include a Leadership MBA from the University of Washington, a Master's in Computer Science, and a BA/MA in Diplomacy from National Chengchi University.
