Kristin Urbanus, CPCC, is a seasoned professional in the fields of spiritual psychology, mindfulness, and coaching, with a diverse background in education and client relations. As the founder and spiritual psychology coach at Evolve with Grace since 2015, Kristin empowers clients to achieve higher states of purpose and well-being through tailored tools and resources. In addition, Kristin serves as a Distinguished Fellow Coach at BetterUp, focusing on personalized executive coaching for emerging leaders. With a commitment to teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2010 at Yoga Alliance and previously at Old St. Mary's School, Kristin has significantly influenced students' social emotional learning.
