Laura Wolfe is a seasoned coach and educator with extensive experience in career coaching, leadership development, and organizational behavior. Currently serving as a coach at Laura Wolfe Coaching LLC since July 2013, as well as a fellow coach and coach development facilitator at BetterUp since March 2018, Laura has dedicated their career to supporting individuals in enhancing their leadership skills and achieving fulfillment at work. Previous roles include founding Cultivate Coaching & Consulting, serving as a faculty member at Louisiana State University, and various positions in human resources and research. Laura holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, alongside a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration from the University of New Orleans.
