Nicole O'Brien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development. Currently serving as a Co-Adjutant and leadership coach in the Master in Business and Science program at Rutgers University since January 2022, Nicole also works as a contract consultant with St. Charles Consulting Group and as an executive coach for BetterUp and O'Brien Coaching LLC. Prior experience includes supporting the Music Department at Princeton University and managerial roles at Symphony Talent and Sweet Life Chocolate Company, where Nicole also acted as the owner. Previous positions include being the CEO of the O'Brien Family and working as an enterprise account manager at Iron Mountain and a senior account manager at BenefitPort MidAtlantic. Nicole holds a degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and attended The Peddie School from 1991 to 1995.
