Peter Anagnostou is a seasoned executive and leadership coach, serving as the Founder and Managing Director of Talentum Mundi since January 2021. With a focus on enhancing self-awareness, mindset, and performance among executives and leaders, Peter supports ambitious individuals in reaching their fullest potential. Currently involved as an Executive & Leadership Coach with BetterUp, GrowthSpace, and Coachello, Peter facilitates transformative changes among C-suite executives and other leaders. In addition, Peter contributes to organizational strategy as Chief Talent Officer at EXCEED Talent Management and serves as a Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator at IST College. Previously, Peter held leadership roles at ORYX GTL, EXCEED Consulting, and ALURGON Management Consulting, shaping talent management practices across various organizations. Peter earned a Master of Business Administration from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American College of Greece.
