Shannon Hopkins

Shannon (Millar) Hopkins currently serves as GM for BetterUp Care, where the focus is on making preventative mental health standard in the workplace. With a rich background in account management and sales, Shannon has held key positions at BetterUp including RVP and Head of Emerging Enterprise Account Management, as well as Regional Vice President for BetterUp Care. Prior experience includes executive roles at League Inc. and Salesforce, where leadership in sales teams and strategic account management were pivotal. Shannon is also actively involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada as an Executive Committee Member and mentors emerging talent through Women in Tech Sales. Educational credentials include an H.BSc. in Biotechnology and a minor in Criminology from Brock University, along with further studies at the University of Toronto and George Brown College.
