Shelley Lanier

Shelley Lanier, MA PCC, is the President of SJ Lanier Consulting, LLC, established in June 2010, where expertise is applied to developing leadership programs, coaching, and strategic planning for Federal, private, and non-profit organizations. Additional roles as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Leadership Coach at GrowthSpace and CoachHub since 2021, and previous consulting positions at the FDA, Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, National Institutes of Health, USDA Forest Service, and Veterans Health Administration showcase a strong background in organizational development, employee engagement, team enhancement, and change management. Shelley holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of New Mexico, along with a certification as a Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
