Susan Sotnick

Susan Sotnick, MA, PCC, currently serves as the Learning Manager for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. and as an Imposter Syndrome-Informed Coach at the Impostor Syndrome Institute™. With extensive coaching experience, Susan also holds positions as a Professional Development Coach at Sayge and a Care and Communication Specialist Coach at BetterUp. Additionally, Susan operates a private coaching practice, Susan Sotnick Coaching, and has previously worked as a Video Interpreter at Sorenson Communications, as well as a Manager of On-Site Interpreting Services and American Sign Language Interpreter for Goodwill Industries. Susan has academic credentials including a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, a Bachelor’s degree in ASL/English Interpretation from Columbia College Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Acting/Directing from Towson University.
