Neil Weiss

Neil Weiss is the current VP of Sales at Betterview. Prior to joining Betterview, Neil served as the Head of Carrier Sales at Bold Penguin from January 2019 to March 2020. In this role, Neil was responsible for leading sales of the Bold Penguin Platform to key carriers. Neil was successful in delivering a top-5 ranked insurance carrier and other revenue generating deals totaling >$4M TCV during their first 12 months.

Before joining Bold Penguin, Neil was the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at One, Inc. (Sacramento, CA) from January 2016 to January 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy and business plan. Neil also oversaw the business development team and led the company’s M&A activities.

Neil has a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and strategy. Neil is a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth and profitability.

Neil Weiss received their MPA from The George Washington University in Procurement and Logistics and their BA from Queens College in Political Science.
