Chad Haertling

Chad Haertling is the current head of sales at Deed. Prior to Deed, Haertling worked as a sales executive at Blackbaud from January 2019 to June 2020 and at YourCause from April 2018 to January 2019 before it was acquired by Blackbaud. At YourCause, they helped corporations and their employees connect with the causes they care most about through the company's CSRconnect Platform.

Chad Haertling attended CSUSM College of Business where they studied Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Management. Chad then attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences where they studied International Business/Entrepreneurship. Chad completed their education with a Semester at Sea Program in International Business. Chad is also certified in HubSpot Sales Software.
