Andrea Lagan

Andrea Lagan is the current Chief Operating Officer at Betterworks. Andrea has held this position since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Customer and People Officer at Alfresco from August 2013 to March 2018. From December 2010 to February 2012, they served as the Vice President of Global Customer Care at RightNow, which was acquired by Oracle. Andrea was also the Vice President of Global Support at NetScout Systems from October 2004 to November 2010. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Operations at Remedy, a BMC Software Company, from June 1996 to October 2004. Andrea began their career in 1993 as a Manager of Worldwide Sales Administration at CATS Software and went on to hold positions of increasing responsibility at Quantum Corporation and Oracle Corporation before joining Betterworks.

Andrea Lagan reports to Doug Dennerline, CEO & Executive Chairman. They work with Arnaud Grunwald - Chief Product Officer, John Schneider - Chief Marketing Officer, and Jamie Aitken - VP, HR Transformation.
