Mike Malley has worked in a variety of roles across a number of companies. In 2006, they began their career as a Closing Store Manager at Best Yet Supermarkets. In 2010, they moved to Mindshare, where they served as a Senior Associate and Associate, responsible for pre and post sale management on multiple accounts. In 2013, they joined UM Worldwide as a Sr. Manager Integrated Investment. In 2019, they were hired as a Media Planning Manager at William Hill. In 2021, they joined SPARKET as a Strategic Advisor and Director of Marketing and Business Development. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Marketing Director at BettorView.

Mike Malley attended Sayreville War Memorial High School from 1999 to 2003. Mike then went on to Rutgers University from 2003 to 2005, studying Business. Mike completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the New York Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2008.
