Chris Dillard

Chris Dillard currently serves as an Executive Assistant at the Betty Hardwick Center and as a Sports Referee for the Texas Association of Sports Officials, officiating American football and soccer at youth and high school levels. Previous roles include Recreation Center Specialist for the City of Abilene, Texas, and Substitute Teacher for ESS. Additionally, Dillard has held various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, managing personnel and sustainment programs, and overseeing the Air Force lodging enterprise. Academically, Dillard holds a Master of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management from American Military University, along with an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Blinn College.
