Courtney Horton

Courtney Horton, LMSW, currently serves as the Executive Director at Abilene Hope Haven Inc. and as the HUD Program Administrator at Betty Hardwick Center. With a background in social work, Courtney has held the position of West Texas Coalition Coordinator at West Texas Homeless Network and previously worked as a Supported Housing Specialist Intern at Betty Hardwick Center, providing housing navigation and landlord mediation services. Courtney earned a Master of Social Work from Angelo State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Hardin-Simmons University.
