Sava Varadzhakov

Sava Varadzhakov is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Betty since May 2025, Sava previously held various leadership positions at Bede Gaming from September 2012 to May 2025, including Head of Engineering (Platform) and Managing Director for Bulgaria, leading a team of over 100 engineers. Sava also has a background in software development, having worked at Questers and European Software Design LTD, where diverse technologies were utilized to build web applications. Sava holds a Master’s degree in E-Business and E-Governance and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with a high school diploma focused on German language from "Goethe" German High School in Burgas.
