Laura Chaplin, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as a People Advisor at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Leeds Beckett University, where Laura progressed from HR Coordinator to Lead HR Coordinator and then to Assistant HR Advisor from February 2020 to September 2023. Prior to this, Laura worked as an HR Assistant at The Grammar School at Leeds from January 2017 to February 2020 and as a Recruitment Administrator at Bupa from June 2015 to December 2016. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organisation with a focus on Human Resource Management from Lancaster University and completed A Levels in Business & Economics, English Literature, and English Language at Prince Henry's Grammar School.
