Tom Goodhand

Tom Goodhand is the Channel & Change Communications Lead at Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate, responsible for developing internal and external communication channels and strategies. Tom has experience in internal communications management, business transformation, writing, editing, and publishing. Tom was also the editor for Sandman Magazine and co-founder of On The Bone Records. Tom holds a PGDip in Magazine Journalism from the University of Sheffield and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds. Tom is currently pursuing a course on Harnessing the power of Generative AI for communications from the Institute of Internal Communications.
