Sara Coman has extensive experience in sales and culinary management. Since October 2007, Sara has worked in sales for Beverage Distributors, showcasing a diverse portfolio of wines and assisting with wine list preparation. Prior to this role, from June 2003 to October 2007, Sara served as a sous chef and café manager at Guillaue's Catering Inc., overseeing inventory management, cash handling, and menu development while serving meals to approximately 100 patrons daily. Additionally, from May 2004 to August 2007, Sara gained experience as a sales associate at La Cavasita Wine Boutique, leading wine tastings and assisting with catered events.
