James Theodoulou

James Theodoulou is an experienced real estate professional currently working at Beverly & Company in the Real Estate Sales division since April 2024. Previously, James served as a Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Realty from April 2016 to April 2024, successfully facilitating real estate transactions in the Conejo Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles areas. Before transitioning to real estate, James held several significant positions in the music industry, including Senior Vice President of Credit at Warner Music Group from April 2008 to February 2016, and Vice President of Credit at EMI Music from 1996 to 2008. James began a career in credit management as Corporate Credit Manager at Cal-Abco from 1985 to 1996. Originally from Boston, James has been a resident of California since 1982, eventually settling in the Conejo Valley.
