Pamela Penny Williams

Pamela Penny Williams is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Residential/Commercial Real Estate Broker at Beverly-Hanks & Associates, REALTORS® since February 2015. Previously, Pamela held the position of Regional Vice President at Merion Residential from March 2009 to November 2014, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for up to 8,000 units and achieving double-digit same-store NOI increases for three consecutive years. Prior to that, Pamela worked as Regional Vice President at PRG Real Estate Management, managing operations for 19 properties in the Southeast, starting as part of the Management Training program in 2002.
