Melissa Fier

Melissa Fier is an experienced marketing and management professional specializing in experiential marketing and community engagement. Currently serving as an Experiential Marketing Specialist at Bevi since February 2024, Melissa previously held the position of Community Experience Manager at Exos from December 2022 to February 2024. Prior to that, Melissa developed a strong foundation in team leadership and customer service as Studio Manager, Assistant Manager, and Keyholder at SoulCycle Inc. from March 2017 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Front Desk Cashier at Comellas Italian Restaurant, where responsibilities included training staff and ensuring customer satisfaction. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Suffolk University, completed in 2020.
