Zach Shiner

Zach Shiner is a Senior Research and Development Mechanical Engineer at Bevi since October 2025. Prior to this role, Zach held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Delve from June 2022 to October 2025, where innovative product designs were created to materialize complex client ideas through diverse mechanical design and manufacturing techniques. Previously, Zach worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Bresslergroup, which merged with Delve in 2021. At Globus Medical, from July 2016 to July 2021, Zach led the development of orthopedic implants, gaining valuable clinical insight by observing surgeries. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Associate Project Engineer at Industrial Scientific, focusing on wearable gas detection safety equipment, and a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Victaulic. Zach obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
