Jiska Rovers-Maessen

Jiska Rovers-Maessen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing and developing HR strategies across various organizations. Currently self-employed since August 2014, Jiska has served as interim HR Manager and HR Business Partner, helping companies achieve their objectives through strategic HR initiatives. Jiska has held significant roles at Stichting Bevrijdingspop Haarlem, overseeing thematic programming and project production, as well as interim HR positions at multiple organizations, including Fit For Free, where Jiska managed HR for 1800 employees. Previous experience includes HR advising at AFM and Manpower Nederland, along with a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen.
