Daniel Naranjo is a professional with a strong background in behavioral science and recruitment. Currently, he holds the position of VP- Execution at BeWay - The Behavioral Way, leading a team in Latin America and driving impressive ROI for partner organizations. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Headhunter and Process Improvement Lead at Mur&Martí, managing client relationships and recruitment strategies. With a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and Economic Behavior, Daniel is also an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, teaching business experimentation.
