Esther 't Gilde has extensive experience in finance and financial administration, currently serving as the Assistant Financial Controller at BEWI RAW since 2011. Prior to this role, Esther worked as a Finance Assistant at Monte Pizza Crust BV and held key financial positions including Head of Financial Administration at Nederland Vakantie Beheer and Head of Administration/Controller at Hendriks Infra BV. Esther’s career began at InBev and Interbrew in various financial reporting and accounting roles. Educational qualifications include a degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, complemented by earlier studies at Jansenius Scholengemeenschap.

BEWI RAW is part of Norwegian BEWI ASA. In Etten-Leur and Porvoo the development and production of EPS and cellular foam takes place. Then these products will be sold as raw materials to subsidiary companies within the Group as well as external customers, they process these materials into special packages or insulation materials. In addition, BEWI RAW BV focuses on large-scale production of fully compostable BioFoam® and non-flammable Xire®.
