Julia Murray

Julia Murray has extensive experience in the coffee industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Coffee Culture at Bewleys Coffee Ltd since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Coffee Development at Gather & Gather Ireland from February 2015 to September 2021. Julia has also held positions as a Regional Sales Manager and Training at Food Solutions in 2014, a Coffee Consultant at Espresso Sense in 2014, and as the Director at Cloud Picker Coffee Company from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as the Head Barista at Science Gallery in 2012 and as a Director at Espresso Sense from 2007 to 2012. Julia's career in the coffee industry began as a Barista Trainer at Bewleys Coffee Ltd in 1999, where they worked until 2007.

Julia Murray attended Newpark Comprehensive in Blackrock from 1985 to 1991. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the Institute of Technology, Carlow, where they pursued a diploma in Food Quality Management. Julia studied Food Science and Technology during their time at the Institute, graduating in 1994.
