Carolina Offhaus has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Business Intelligence Intern at Gruner + Jahr, where they gained practical knowledge in data analysis and reporting. In 2016, they joined YAEZ GmbH as a Media Consulting Student Assistant, contributing to advertising campaigns and client services. Carolina then moved on to ECD International in 2017, where they served as a CRM Project Manager, overseeing customer relationship management projects until 2021.
