Pat D'Alesandro

Pat D'Alesandro is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager at BEX Engineering Ltd. since December 2015. In this role, Pat D'Alesandro develops methodologies for continuous improvement and oversees all daily operations of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Prior to this, Pat D'Alesandro held the position of Manufacturing Planning Manager at Multy Home, focusing on materials coordination and production control planning. Pat D'Alesandro also served as Operations Manager at Ontario Flooring Inc., managing various operational aspects of the flooring business. With earlier experience at Nova-Link Limited as VP Operations and other roles, Pat D'Alesandro has a strong background in manufacturing processes, inventory management, and project management. Pat D'Alesandro holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and has a strong educational foundation in mechanical engineering-related technologies from North Albion Collegiate Institute.
