Ran Kagan

Ran Kagan is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and team leadership. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at BEYEONICS since December 2021, Ran previously led a team of nine mechanical engineers at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from November 2012 to December 2021. In this role, Ran was responsible for overseeing mechanical designs and designs for communication and RF systems across various platforms. Additionally, Ran has experience as a Mechanical Designer in the Israel Defense Forces, where design work supported Ad-Hoc missions. Ran holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
