Gonca Karakus

Gonca Karakus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in profitability management and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Profitability Management and Performance Improvement at Beymen since September 2013, Gonca has successfully overseen in-season inventory management and developed KPI tracking systems for performance insights. Previous roles at Beymen include Performance Improvement Manager, where Gonca developed pricing strategies and collaborated on operational efficiency initiatives, and Project Coordination and Business Development Supervisor, responsible for spearheading commercial projects and conducting feasibility analyses. Prior to Beymen, Gonca held positions at Turk Telekom focusing on mHealth project management and product development strategy, as well as an analyst role at Deloitte Turkey working on SAP implementation. Gonca holds an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University.
