Fatema Abdulla

Fatema Abdulla is an experienced talent acquisition and culture leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisitions & Culture at Beyon since March 2022, following a progressive career at Batelco where roles included Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Fatema's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, along with qualifications from Harvard Business School Online and a Level 5 CIPD in Human Resource from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting was attained from Bahrain Polytechnic, contributing to a solid foundation in business and human resource management.
