Alissa Smith

Alissa Smith is an experienced professional in the field of mental health and suicide prevention, currently serving as the Be You Operations Lead and Suicide Prevention Operations Lead at Beyond Blue since June 2021. Previously, Alissa held positions such as Operations Manager and Way Back Adviser within the same organization. From September 2018 to June 2021, Alissa worked as the Team Leader for The Way Back (Suicide Prevention) at Barwon Child, Youth & Family. Additional experience includes serving as Team Leader for Mental Health (NDIS) at Neami National from August 2016 to June 2018, and in various roles including Team Leader and Mental Health Support Worker at Pathways Rehabilitation and Support Services Ltd. from March 2013 to August 2016. Alissa holds an Honour Degree in Psychology from Deakin University, earned from 2008 to 2011.
