Amy Ratner has extensive experience in journalism and editorial roles, with a particular focus on celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. In their current role as Director Scientific Affairs at Beyond Celiac, Amy manages scientific partnerships and research grants and collaborates with academic researchers. Amy also serves as a Medical and Science News Analyst, where Amy analyzes and writes about medical and scientific developments related to celiac disease. Prior to their current position, Amy was the Editor in Chief of Gluten-Free Living Magazine and has held editorial roles at other organizations such as SEIU, Goucher College, Easton Express-Times, and Pocono Record. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
